Re-thinking

Well!  Been quite a week.  Mom in/out of hospital.  Mom up/down...literally!  lol
On the book front...I've had some comments that cause pause (I liked that!)
anyway...
I don't know how to explain to people reading my books that I sat down and
typed the story.  I didn't plan it.  I didn't know where it would lead.  I'd type a line
and I'd have a thought and type that.  How do I tell them that?  It sounds like I'm making
excuses.  not.
Some parts are probably not perfect.  But I liked the end result.  Hopefully book two
will be better?

OH MAN - I'm in outer space and I kinda like it!  The cough syrup has codeine in it... "YES!"
But I'm bed, all snuggly and getting ready to make hubby happy....

What day is it?

I've been in and out of space and time.  I have bronchitis so bad I'm one breath away from pneumonia.  ugh  BUT I got 'scripts and with lots of sleep, I'm feeling much better.  But that DEEP into illness ... better is marginal. 

Xmas eve was uneventful.  Hubby and I exchanged gifts - wrapped in WalMart or Target bags!  ha  We'll go out for after xmas sales and get some things we wanted and didn't get for each other.  Simple and smart.  We're not kids anymore, although some would argue that I've NEVER grown up.  Don't want to ... Don't have to.

I may get older but I REFUSE to grow up. 

I can always be old.

Day 2 - don't "count" on my remembering.

I don't always remember what day is it, much less how many days I will have been doing this.  Gonna try... no promises.

Day one and counting

OK... here it is.  "IN MY MIND"... it's not bad.  I'm no techno-wizard but this looks pretty good... in my mind, that is. 

I'll chat, I'll ask questions ( and I expect ANSWERS dang-it! ) and at times you'll chuckle along with me, be bored by my stories, but all in all... I'll bet you good money, you'll remember at least ONE part of your visit!

OK today... Day One.
I'm home sick with a NASTY cold.  You can all identify with that, right?  It's a mobile cold.  Started with a cough.  Moved into a nasal, voice altering, ear ringing assault.  Moved again today, and now it's in my chest and not only do I sound like a deep voiced MAN, but the cough has changed into a seal call.  Finally gave in and called for Doctor appointment tomorrow.  ugh

Hubby is out right now getting us fast food for dinner.  I am down for the count.
